Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) invites bids under Single Stage One Envelope national competitive bidding procedure from active tax bidders registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Department for Purchase of Training Material for Steel Fixer Trade at Govt. College of Technology Mianwali. Items being procured: - Training Material for Steel Fixer Trade Bidding documents are available on www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and may be downloaded free of cost. Bids duly completed and in conformity with bidding documents must be submitted online on E-Procurement System (EP System) link https://ep.punjab.gov.pk till 11:00 A.M dated 26-09-2026 and bids shall be opened on same date at 11:30 A.M. A bid security (refundable) @ 2% Rs. 25979/- is to be deposited electronically through the facility available at Punjab E-Procurement System (EP System). Bidders are advised to ensure uploading the bid on EP-System well before the submission deadline and not wait for the last date and time to upload the bid. Only Accumulative Rates for the whole tender will be used to determine the lowest evaluated bidders. Income/Sales tax registration certificate and other documents as mentioned in Tender Document must accompany the bids. Note: TEVTA may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal, as provided under Rule-35 of Punjab Procurement Rules.
