Transport Service for Staff and Exam Materials in BISE Malakand Jurisdiction

The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Malakand invites sealed e-bids from qualified contractors for the provision of Transport Service as per Rule 31(A) framework contract (KPPPRA Rules 2014). This service involves transportation of staff and examination materials to exam centers and specified banks located at different districts and cities within the jurisdiction of BISE Malakand, including Malakand, Dir Lower, Dir Upper, and Bajaur. Items being procured: - Transport Service for staff and exam materials to exam centers and specified banks within BISE Malakand jurisdiction (Districts Malakand, Dir Lower, Dir Upper, Bajaur). The contract requires reliable and timely transportation services ensuring safe delivery of examination materials and staff to multiple locations. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and relevant Sales Tax Departments of Government of Pakistan/KPRA and be on the Active Taxpayer Lists (ATL) of FBR and KPRA. A bid security of Rs.200,000/- (fixed) in the form of CDR is mandatory, payable to the Secretary Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education Malakand. Bids shall be submitted online through the ePADs portal by 11:00 AM on Wednesday 2nd September 2026, with opening at 11:30 AM the same day at the office of Secretary BISE Malakand, Chakdara Dir Lower. A pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday 27th August 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same office.
