Items being procured: - Transport (Call Deposit: 100,000 PKR, Closing: 24-08-2026 09:30 AM) - Stationery (Call Deposit: 20,000 PKR, Closing: 24-08-2026 10:30 AM) - Others (Call Deposit: 20,000 PKR, Closing: 24-08-2026 11:30 AM) - Meal Items (Call Deposit: 40,000 PKR, Closing: 24-08-2026 01:30 PM) The technical scope covers the supply of transport-related services or vehicles, a range of stationery items, miscellaneous goods as required by the office, and meal items for official use. Each category has a specified refundable call deposit amount, which must be submitted along with the bid. Bidders are required to have a fully established setup in Hunza, with qualified technical experts and experienced staff. Documentary evidence of facilities, technical personnel, and relevant past experience must be provided. A bid security/call deposit receipt equivalent to 2% of the total sanctioned budget is mandatory, to be submitted as a bank draft or pay order in favor of the District Police Officer, Hunza. Only registered firms, dealers, suppliers, or contractors will be considered. All applicable taxes must be included in the bid price. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per GB PPRA Rule 36(1). Bids must be submitted in sealed form to the undersigned at the DPO Office Hunza by the specified closing date.
