Transportation, Installation & Fabrication for Conversion of S/C Tower into D/C Tower of 132KV T/Line Nishatabad-Khurrianwala and Bandala with T-Off JK Tech

Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) invites bids through E-Bids V2.0 from contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and renewed for the year 2026-27 along with up-to-date registration active with PRA on National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis under single stage – single envelope bidding procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules-2004 amended up to date. Items being procured: - Transportation, Installation & Fabrication for Conversion of S/C Tower into D/C Tower of 132KV T/Line Nishatabad – Khurrianwala (Tender No.48) - Transportation, Installation & Fabrication for Conversion of S/C Tower into D/C Tower of 132KV T/Line Khurrianwala – Bandala with T-Off JK Tech (Tender No.49) The scope includes transportation, installation, and fabrication works for converting single circuit towers into double circuit towers on 132KV transmission lines in the Faisalabad area. The first tender has a BOQ cost of Rs. 2.4 Million with a completion period of 30 days, while the second tender has a BOQ cost of Rs. 8.6 Million with a completion period of 60 days. Eligible bidders must have PEC registration in category C6 with specialization code EE-05 and an annual turnover of 1.2 million and 4.3 million respectively for the last three years. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC certificate renewed for 2026-27 with the specified specialization code, valid ATL registration, submission of income tax returns for the last three years, sales tax registration with Punjab Revenue Authority, and experience of at least two similar contracts with a consolidated value exceeding 40% of the BOQ cost. Bidders must demonstrate cash or cash equivalents equal to 10% of contract value and provide bid security amounting to 5% of BOQ amount in favor of Project Director GSC FESCO Faisalabad.
