Transportation of PASSCO Wheat from District Naushahro Feroze to Hyderabad Region

The Food Department, Government of Sindh, invites bids for the transportation of PASSCO wheat from District Naushahro Feroze (Passco Khairpur Zone) to Hyderabad Region for the fiscal year 2026-27. The contractor is responsible for any damage or loss during transit and must ensure timely delivery. The successful bidders will be responsible for paying all applicable taxes including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Stamp Duty. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with FBR and/or SRB for Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Services Tax, and to be on the Active Tax Payer list. Transport contractors must have experience handling and transporting 35,000 to 40,000 metric tons of wheat or similar capacity over the last three years, verified by tax records or relevant authorities. Required documents include company profile, CNIC copies, FBR and SRB tax evidence, registration certificates, bank statements showing minimum turnover of Rs. 50 million per annum, and affidavits on non-judicial stamp paper. Bid security of Rs. 3,750,000 per lot and a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 5,000 must be submitted separately via Call Deposit, Pay Order, or Demand Draft. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Sindh E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) portal (http://eprocure.gov.pk) by 25 September 2026 at 2:00 PM.
