Transportation of Wheat Seed Stock from Punjab Seed Corporation to Diamer-Astore Division Districts

The Directorate of Agriculture Extension Diamer-Astore Division invites sealed tenders from registered firms and good transport agencies for the transportation of Wheat Seed stock. The stock will be transported from Punjab Seed Corporation Bulk Depots located at District Fateh Jhang to notified stations or locations of each district within the Diamer-Astore Division. Items being procured: - Transportation of Wheat Seed stock from Punjab Seed Corporation depot Fateh Jhang Punjab to various districts of Diamer-Astore Division. The scope involves lifting the Wheat Seed Stock from the Punjab Seed Corporation depot at Fateh Jhang and delivering it to designated locations across the Diamer-Astore Division. The tender follows a single stage one envelope procedure where only financial bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened. Bidders must submit separate financial bids for transportation of seed stock for each district. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned after payment of a tender document fee of Rs. 4,000. A bid security of 3% of the total quoted transportation cost must be submitted as a call deposit issued by any scheduled bank including KCBL in the name of Director Agriculture Diamer-Astore Division and attached with the bidding documents. The quotations must reach the Directorate of Agriculture Diamer-Astore Division, Chilas by 6th October 2026 at 11:00 am. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am in the presence of tenderers or their authorized representatives. Interested bidders should ensure their FBR registration and relevant experience in transportation services. One practical tip is to carefully prepare separate financial bids for each district as required, ensuring compliance with bid security and submission deadlines to avoid disqualification.
