Transportation of Wheat and Stocks for Crop Years 2023-24 and 2025-26 in Hyderabad Region

The Office of the Deputy Director Food, Hyderabad Region, invites bids for the transportation of wheat and stocks related to crop years 2023-24 and 2025-26. This procurement is for the Government of Sindh and covers various districts within the Hyderabad Region. The tender follows the Sindh E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) under a single stage one envelope procedure. Items being procured: - Transportation from PRC Tando Allah Yar to PRC Bakhari of District Jamshoro (Other District) - Transportation from PRC Bakhari and PRC Gadarko of District Badin to PRC Bakhari of District Jamshoro (Other District) for Crop Year 2023-24 - Transportation from Various WPCs/PRCs of District Dadu to PRC Bakhari of District Jamshoro (Other District) - Transportation from WPC/PRC K.N. The contractor must ensure proper packing, stacking, and protection against weather, theft, pilferage, and accidental damage. The contractor is responsible for timely delivery to designated PRC centers and must handle all admissible taxes including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Stamp Duty. Eligibility requires registration with FBR and/or SRB, valid NTN and active tax payer status, and experience in handling and transporting at least 10,000 metric tons of wheat or similar capacity work in the last three years. Contractors must provide experience certificates from relevant departments and performance certificates from district food controllers if applicable. Affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper and other legal documents such as CNIC copies, firm registration, and bank statements are mandatory.
