The firm must be present in the Active Tax Payer List of both FBR and BRA and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. The firm must have a corporate office in Quetta City and be registered with the Balochistan Food Authority. Financial accounts must be audited by an authorized Chartered Accountants firm, with verifiable registration and audit reports. Bid security of PKR 300,000 must accompany the bids in the form of a deposit at call from a scheduled bank. Bids must be submitted electronically only via the supplier dashboard by 17 September 2026 at 11:00 AM. Tender opening will be held the same day at 12:00 PM on the EPPS system.
