Tuff Paver & Kerb Stone Works at Compressor Station CC-3 (Gali Jagir)

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) Lahore invites sealed bids for the procurement of civil works specifically for Tuff Paver & Kerb Stone Works at Compressor Station CC-3 (Gali Jagir) located in Multan, Punjab. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be executed under a Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure through the EPADS v2.0 e-procurement portal. Items being procured: - Sub Base: Removing existing debris, providing, laying, compaction and watering of 3" thick compacted sub base (1685 sq ft) - Kerb Stone/Block: Providing kerb stone size 12"x14" including excavation, fixing with concrete at back side of pavers and back filling (600 sq ft) - Tuff Paver: Providing and fixing 60mm thick Tuff Pavers with minimum compressive strength of 7000 psi, manufactured by Izhar, Envi Concrete or equivalent, laid over 1.5" to 2" thick sand cushion on existing brick soling and compacted 3" thick sub-base including sand grouting to fill joints (5415 sq ft) The scope includes removal of debris, preparation of sub base, supply and installation of kerb stones and tuff pavers with proper compaction and finishing. The work site is at the SNGPL Transmission Office, Piran Ghaib Road, Multan. Eligible bidders must be registered with PEC and have valid FBR and provincial tax registrations. Bid security of PKR 40,000/- is required in the form of Pay Order, Call Deposit or Demand Draft. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 and the original bid security must be delivered to the SNGPL Transmission Office in Multan before the deadline. The contract duration is 60 days from the provision of site. Liquidated damages of 0.10% per day up to 10% of contract value apply for delays. A 6-month maintenance period follows completion. Payment will be made within 45 working days after submission of completion certificate and invoice.
