Procurement of Uniform Kits and Shoes for Special Students Winter & Summer Season 2026-27

The Govt. Special Education Centre Wahga Town Lahore invites bids on e-PADS for procurement of uniform kits and shoes for special students for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is for the supply of 185 uniform kits for boys and girls for both winter and summer seasons, delivered free to the consignee in Lahore. Items being procured: - Uniform Kit for Boys Winter Lot No. 01 - Uniform Kit for Girls Winter Lot No. 02 - Uniform Kit for Boys Summer Lot No. 03 (02 kits) - Uniform Kit for Girls Summer Lot No. 04 (02 kits) - Shoes for Boys & Girls Winter Lot No. 05 (01 pair) - Shoes for Boys & Girls Summer Lot No. 06 (01 pair) The total estimated cost is Rs. 2,933,850 with a bid security of 5% amounting to Rs. 146,692. The procurement will be conducted through a Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding procedure (technical and financial) as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (amended). Bidders must be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax departments and have previous experience. The bids must be submitted in PDF format on e-PADS by 27-10-2026 at 09:30 am, with bid opening at 10:00 am the same day. Bid security in the form of CDR must be submitted in the name of Headmistress Govt. Special Education Centre Wahga Town Lahore. Bid validity is 180 days. The successful bidder must deposit 10% of the total cost as Performance Guarantee in the form of CDR, DD, PO, or Bank Guarantee. Delivery and supply must be completed within 30 days of supply order issuance. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject bids and cancel procurement without legal challenge.
