Tender Description
The Govt. Special Education Centre Raiwind Lahore invites bids from well reputed, eligible & financially sound firms/bidders registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax departments for procurement of uniform kits and shoes for special students for the financial year 2026-27 on free delivery basis in Lahore.
Items being procured:
- Uniform Kits for Boys (Winter) Lot No. 01
- Uniform Kits for Girls (Winter) Lot No. 02
- Uniform Kits for Boys (Summer) Lot No. 03
- Uniform Kits for Girls (Summer) Lot No. 04
- Shoes for Boys (Winter and Summer) Lot No. 05
- Shoes for Girls (Winter & Summer) Lot No. 06
The procurement covers supply of winter and summer uniform kits and shoes specifically designed for special students. Bidders must comply with specifications detailed in the bidding documents available on the Punjab E-Procurement and PPRA Punjab websites. Delivery is required on consignee's end basis in Lahore.
Bidding will be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure (technical and financial). Bids must be submitted in PDF format on the Punjab e-Procurement system (e-PADS) by the deadline. Bid security of 5% of the estimated cost is required online via Punjab e-Procurement System. The bid validity is 180 days from bid opening. The successful bidder must deposit 10% performance guarantee online and supply items within 15 days of issuance of supply order. Replacement of defective or incorrect size items is required within seven days.
Interested bidders should ensure FBR and Punjab Sales Tax registration and upload e-Procurement performance certificate on stamp paper of Rs. 100.
