Up-gradation of 30 Unmanned Level Crossings into Manned Level Crossings on Shahdra Bagh - Sangla Hill and Faisalabad - Shorkot Sections (Lahore Division)

Pakistan Railways Headquarters Office Lahore invites bids for the up-gradation of thirty (30) unmanned level crossings into manned level crossings on Shahdra Bagh - Sangla Hill and Faisalabad - Shorkot sections under Lahore Division. Items being procured: - Up-gradation of 30 unmanned level crossings into manned level crossings on specified railway sections. The technical scope includes upgrading safety infrastructure at these crossings to enhance operational safety and reduce accidents. The project duration is 9 months. Experienced firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in categories CE-01 or above having specialization in CE-10, EE-07, EE-08 and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) are eligible to participate. Bids must be submitted through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) version 2.0 portal (www.epads.gov.pk). Original Bid Security in the form of Bank Guarantee/CDR in favor of FA & CAO/PR, Pakistan Railways, Headquarters Office Lahore must be submitted physically before tender opening. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 29-09-2026 at 11:00 AM in Committee Room No.2, Headquarters Office Lahore. Bids will be opened on 12-10-2026 at 11:00 AM. Bidders should ensure registration with EPADS and PPRA to access tender documents. Bids without original bid security will not be entertained.
