Solarization Component for 33 Water Supply Schemes in Karak by Public Health Engineering Division

The Public Health Engineering Division, Karak-I invites eligible bidders to submit online e-bids through the E-PADS system for the solarization component of 33 water supply schemes grouped into 13 packages. The works involve use of HDPE pipes, solar-based pumping systems, and community water supply infrastructure. Eligibility is restricted to companies prequalified by the PHE Department as per Notification No. 04/CG-10/PHE(C) dated 15-09-2026. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost per package in the form of CDR in favor of XEN PHE Division Karak-I is required. Tender form fee is 0.03% of estimated cost per package (pay order, non-refundable). Bids must be valid for 120 days from the date of opening. Bids must be submitted online through the E-PADS portal only. The sealed original bid security, tender form fee pay order, and signed affidavits must reach the office of the Executive Engineer, PHE Division Karak-I, Official Colony near Telephone Exchange, Karak before the closing date and time. The closing date and time for bid submission is **07 October 2026 at 11:30 AM**, with bid opening at 01:30 PM the same day. Late, incomplete, or conditional bids will be rejected. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under Rule 47 of the KP Public Procurement Rules, 2014. Ensure your technical proposal is complete and price is disclosed only in the financial bid to avoid rejection.
