Up Gradation of Class-III (Unmanned) L-Xing No. 34/A at KM No. 543/9-10 into Class-II (24''-Wide) Level Crossing between Ghotki-Sarhad Stations on Rohri-Khanpur Section

The Divisional Superintendent Office of Pakistan Railways Sukkur invites bids for the up gradation of Class-III (Unmanned) Level Crossing L-Xing No. 34/A at KM No. 543/9-10 into Class-II (24''-Wide) level crossing located between Ghotki and Sarhad stations on the Rohri-Khanpur section. This project involves upgrading the existing level crossing to improve safety and operational efficiency on this railway section. Items being procured: - Up gradation of Class-III (Unmanned) L-Xing No. 34/A at KM No. 543/9-10 - Conversion into Class-II (24''-Wide) Level Crossing - Location: Between Ghotki-Sarhad Stations on Rohri-Khanpur Section The technical scope includes civil and structural works necessary to widen and upgrade the crossing to Class-II standards, ensuring compliance with Pakistan Railways safety regulations. Eligible firms must be registered with Sale Tax and Income Tax authorities and be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. The bidding will be conducted on a single stage one envelope basis as per PPRA rules. Tender documents are available for download from the EPADS portal (eprocure.gov.pk). Bidders must submit their bids on EPADS before 11:00 hours on 31-08-2026. Additionally, a hard copy of the tender must be submitted to the office of the Divisional Superintendent Sukkur by 11:00 hours on the same date. Bids will be opened at 11:30 hours in the presence of bidders or their representatives. An original bid security of Rs. 0.960 Million in the form of a pay order or call deposit from a scheduled bank in favor of DAO, PR Sukkur is required to be submitted with the bid. Scanned copies of the bid security must also be uploaded on EPADS. The tender notice is also available on the PPRA website (www.ppra.org.pk) and Pakistan Railways website (www.pakrail.gov.pk). Bidders are advised to carefully follow the submission instructions and ensure timely delivery of both electronic and hard copies of their bids. Late submissions will not be entertained.
