Up gradation of Horticulture Research Center Mirpurkhas (Purchases of Physical Assets, Furniture & Fixture and Weather Control Screening House)

The Directorate General, Agriculture Research Sindh, Tandojam invites eligible and qualified bidders for the Up gradation of Horticulture Research Center Mirpurkhas involving the purchase and installation of physical assets, furniture & fixture, and a weather control screening house. Items being procured: - Controlled Screen House with detailed civil, mechanical, electrical, solar, plumbing, and HVAC works - Furniture and fixture including false ceiling, wooden racks, filing cabinets, office chairs, tables, steel racks, lab stools, sofa set, and committee room furniture - Specialized equipment such as packaging machine, digital weight machine, solar water pump, LED grow lights, CCTV system with 8 cameras - HVAC system including reversible DC inverter units, exhaust fans, air curtains - Electrical works including wiring, LED lighting, electric panels, solar system with 5 kW panels and inverter - Plumbing works including PPR pipes, PVC pipes, floor traps, manholes, bib cocks The technical scope covers comprehensive construction and installation of a controlled screen house with MS structure, glass panels, shading systems, water tanks, and integrated electrical and solar power systems. The furniture and fixtures are designed for offices and laboratories with high-quality materials and finishes. The HVAC system includes advanced inverter units and air filtration. The electrical system includes underground wiring, LED lighting, and solar power integration. Plumbing includes supply and drainage systems. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have valid PEC registration with relevant categories, FBR and Sindh Revenue Board registration, three years of relevant supply experience with government/public sector, financial stability with annual turnover equal or above tender value, and capability to provide spare parts and warranty services. Bid security of PKR 1,116,025 is mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS portal (www.eprocure.gov.pk) by 27-08-2026, 11:00 AM. Technical proposals will be opened publicly at 11:30 AM on the same day at the Committee Room of Directorate General, Agriculture Research Sindh, Tandojam.
