Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) invites bids from contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and renewed for the year 2025-26. The procurement is for various civil and electrical works at multiple 132KV Grid Stations in Faisalabad and nearby areas. Items being procured: - Up-Raising of Boundary Wall at 132KV Grid Station Pir Mahal - Construction of RE Office at 132KV Grid Station Jauharabad - Construction of RE Office at 132KV Grid Station Factory Area Faisalabad - Maintenance & Repair of E-14 Quarter at 220KV Grid Station Jaranwala Road, Faisalabad - Special Repair of E-Type Quarter (03 Nos.) at 132KV Grid Station Sargodha City - Providing and Installation of Street Lights at 132KV Grid Station under SS&T Division No.1 FESCO, Faisalabad (Street Lights for 132KV Grid Station Chiniot Road, Faisalabad) - Tower Protection of 132 KV T/Line Nishatabad-Jaranwala Bucheki Tower No. 3,7,8,9,10,19,20,93,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,49,79,115,165,167,175 - Up-gradation of water supply and sewerage system at 132KV Grid Station Kamalia - Maintenance & Repair of 07 No. F-Type Quarters at 132 KV Grid Station Factory Area Faisalabad The scope includes civil construction, electrical installations, street lighting, tower protection, and water supply and sewerage system upgrades. The works are to be completed within specified periods ranging from 20 to 120 days depending on the item. Bidders must have PEC registration with specialization code C-06 and CE-10, be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL), provide income tax returns for the last three years, and have completed at least two similar contracts with successful completion certificates within the last ten years. The average annual turnover should be at least half of the estimated BOQ cost, and bidders must demonstrate cash equivalents of 10% of contract value. Bids must be submitted through E-PADS Version 2.0 by 28-07-2026 up to 11:30 AM and will be opened on the same day at 12:00 Noon. Bid security in the form of original CDR must be submitted in favor of Executive Engineer Civil Works Division-II FESCO Faisalabad.
