Upgradation and Improvement of Electrical System and Replacement of Condenser Coils and Components of 1x120 Tr Carrier Chillers at SBP BSC North Nazimabad Karachi

The State Bank of Pakistan Banking Services Corporation (SBP BSC) North Nazimabad Office Karachi invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for procurement of two specific projects under the e-Bidding system EPADS v2.0. The procurements include the upgradation and improvement of the electrical system at SBP BSC North Nazimabad and the replacement of condenser coils and components of 1x120 Tr Carrier chillers installed at the same location. Items being procured: - Upgradation and Improvement of Electrical System at SBP BSC (Bank) North Nazimabad - Replacement of Condenser Coils and Components of 1x120 Tr Carrier Chillers Installed at SBP BSC North Nazimabad Karachi The procurement will be conducted using the Single Stage-Two Envelope method adopting the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in line with Public Procurement Rules and regulatory guidelines. Bidders must be registered on the EPADS v2.0 platform and submit bids electronically through the system. Bid security amounts are Rs. 4,000,000 for the electrical system upgradation and Rs. 500,000 for the condenser coils replacement. All bids must be accompanied by the specified bid security. The original bid security must be submitted physically to the procuring agency at the PA to CM office, 1st Floor, SBP-BSC North Nazimabad Office, Shahrah e Noor Jahan, Karachi before the bid opening deadline. Failure to submit the original bid security will result in disqualification. Bid submission deadline is 04-Nov-2026 at 03:00 PM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 03:30 PM. Bidders are advised to carefully follow the instructions in the e-Bidding documents and ensure timely registration and submission on EPADS v2.0.
