Upgradation of Federal Officers Colony at Karachi Remaining Additional Works

The Estate Office Management (Estate Office Management) invites bids for the Upgradation of Federal Officers Colony at Karachi (SH: Remaining / Additional Works). This procurement is specifically for civil works including levelling and dressing the ground, laying concrete pavers, installation of sanitary fixtures such as European style white glazed earthenware W.C. pans, pedestrial basins, bathroom accessories, and plumbing fittings. The scope also includes landscaping works like supplying and laying garden soil, live grass, kerb stones, and installation of kids play equipment including slides, see-saws, and swings. The bid opening will be conducted on the same day at 03:00 PM. The contract duration is 30 calendar days from signing. Performance security of 10% of contract value is required. Penalties apply for delays beyond the stipulated time at 0.10% per day up to 10% of contract value.
