Upgradation and Improvement of Electrical System and Replacement of Condenser Coils and Components at SBP BSC North Nazimabad Karachi

State Bank of Pakistan Banking Services Corporation North Nazimabad Office invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for procurement of specific items as described in the bidding documents available on EPADS v2.0 portal. The procurements include upgradation and improvement of the electrical system at SBP BSC North Nazimabad and replacement of condenser coils and components of 1x120 Tr Carrier Chillers installed at SBP BSC North Nazimabad Karachi. Items being procured: - Upgradation and Improvement of Electrical System at SBP BSC (Bank) North Nazimabad - Replacement of Condenser Coils and Components of 1x120 Tr Carrier Chillers Installed at SBP BSC North Nazimabad Karachi The procurement will follow the Single Stage-Two Envelope method adopting Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in line with Public Procurement Rules and regulatory guidelines. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and submit bids electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System portal. Bid security amounts are Rs. 4,000,000 for the electrical system upgradation and Rs. 500,000 for the condenser coils replacement. All bids must be accompanied by the specified bid security. The original bid security must be submitted physically to the procuring agency at PA to CM, 1st Floor, SBP-BSC North Nazimabad Office, Shahrah e Noor Jahan, Karachi before the bid opening deadline.
