Upgradation of Existing Metal Roads with Paver Blocks at Quaid-e-Awam University of Engineering, Science and Technology (QUEST), Nawabshah, Sindh is open for bids. The scope includes supply and installation of cement paving blocks sized 197 x 97 x 60 mm with compressive strength between 5000 PSI to 8500 PSI. The blocks will be laid over a 2-inch thick bed of hill sand or stone dust, compacted and finished as per specifications. Bidders must hold valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category, possess NTN and Sindh Revenue Board registration, and not be blacklisted. The firm should have a minimum of five years' experience with a turnover of at least PKR 10 million annually.
