Upgradation and Rehabilitation of Masjid at Shamansoor-I (Masjid Ayesha) Swabi

The Local Government and Rural Development Department Swabi invites sealed tenders for the upgradation and rehabilitation of Masjid at Shamansoor-I (Masjid Ayesha) under ADP No.250727 funded by 10% Net Hydel Profit for the financial year 2026-27. This tender is based on MRS-2025 / Non MRS-items as per approved PC-I and follows a Single Stage Single Envelope procedure through the Government Contractors registered with PEC and enlisted with the C&W Department as per the Centralized Enlistment Policy of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Items being procured: - Upgradation/Rehabilitation of Masjid at Shamansoor-I (Masjid Ayesha) The scope includes all necessary civil works for the rehabilitation and upgradation of the mosque structure in Swabi. Contractors must have relevant PEC codes EE04 and EE11 and be registered with FBR and KPRA. Earnest money at 2% of the estimated cost amounting to Rs. 266,200 must be submitted in the form of a call deposit receipt in favor of the Assistant Director LG&RDD Swabi. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS portal (eprocure.gov.pk) by 22nd September 2026 at 12:30 AM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 1:30 PM. Bidders should ensure all documents are properly signed, stamped, and include the BOQ, PEC license, NTN/Income Tax certificate, and active KPRA registration. The bid security must be prepared after publishing the NIT and before bid closing. Late or incomplete bids, or those with cutting/overwriting, will be rejected. The department reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance without assigning reasons. Bids will remain valid for 90 days from the closing date.
