Items being procured: - Upgradation of Staff Welfare Working Women Hostel at Sector G-7, Islamabad (Package-II) - Repair and Maintenance Work of Block No. 1 Category-IV (Total number of houses is 4) at NCRD Complex, Park Road, Chak Shahzad, Islamabad - Repair and Maintenance of CAT-II (Total number of houses is 2) including DG House and one more attached house, at NCRD Complex, Park Road, Chak Shahzad, Islamabad - Repair and Maintenance Work of Admin Room and attached two washrooms, at NCRD Complex, Park Road, Chak Shahzad, Islamabad - Repair and Maintenance Work of Ladies Washroom (4 washrooms), at NCRD Complex, Park Road, Chak Shahzad, Islamabad - Upgradation of VIP Guest Room Services, at NCRD Complex, Park Road, Chak Shahzad, Islamabad The scope includes comprehensive repair, maintenance, and upgradation works at various blocks and facilities within the NCRD Complex, Islamabad. Bidders must submit bid security as specified and pay a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 5,000 via Pay Order or Call Deposit in favor of Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited. Bids must be submitted electronically via the E-PADS system, accompanied by scanned copies of tender fee, bid security, and E-Stamp papers. Original documents must be delivered to the office of the General Manager Engineering (North), PIDCL Islamabad.
