Upgrading and Uplifting Major Arterial Roads and Routes of Peshawar City Phase 1-A

The Peshawar Development Authority (PDA) is procuring comprehensive upgrading and uplifting works for major arterial roads and routes within Peshawar City under Phase 1-A. This tender covers multiple key road projects including Cinema Road from Khyber Road to Kohat Bazar, Ashraf Road up to Circular Road, Faqirabad Road from GT Road to Charsada Road, Dalazak Road from Bacha Khan Chowk to Northern Bypass, Pajjagi Road from Bacha Khan Chowk to Ring Road, Hastnagri Road, Inner Circular Road from Ramdas Chowk to Anam Sanam Chowk, LRH Road I and II, and beautification of Bacha Khan Chowk. The scope includes road rehabilitation, improvement, and beautification works involving road furniture, electrical works, and horticultural enhancements. The projects require contractors with PEC registration in categories C-2 to C-4 and above, depending on the specific road. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the 2025-2026 fiscal year, have active NTN and KPRA registration, and be enlisted with PDA or the Provincial Enlistment Committee. Experience in similar road infrastructure projects is essential. The tender follows the KP-PPRA rules 2014 and uses a single stage two envelope system via the EPADS platform. The earnest money is 2% of the estimated cost for each work, with a bid document fee of PKR 10,000. Technical and financial bids must be uploaded through EPADS by 20th July 2026, 1400 hours. The bids will be opened on the same day at scheduled times for each package. Physical submission of original bid security or CDR is required by registered post or courier to the Deputy Director office before the deadline.
