All works must comply with the relevant PEC codes (CE-01, CE-09, CE-10) and standards. Bidders must be registered with PEC in Category C5 or above, possess valid enlistment with C&W Department KP, and have active FBR and KPRA registrations. Earnest Money at 2% of the engineer's estimate is required for each lot, to be submitted in favor of the Assistant Director (Sr.), LG&RDD Bajaur. Bid security must be uploaded on the EPADS system and delivered in hard form before the deadline.
