Uplifting and Beautification Works of Model Streets and Historical Sites in Peshawar City

The Directorate of Eastern Zone CMG, Peshawar is procuring comprehensive uplifting and beautification works for multiple model streets and historical sites within Peshawar City. This includes illumination, beautification, repair, and rehabilitation of the Old Historical City Wall and Old Historical Gates, as well as extensive rehabilitation of various model streets at different numbered locations across Peshawar. The scope covers civil works involving restoration and enhancement of urban infrastructure to improve the aesthetic and functional quality of these key city areas. Eligible contractors must be registered with PEC and have active status with FBR as per the Centralized Enlistment Policy of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the current financial year. Firms should be enlisted with the Local Council Board and the C&W Department. The tender follows the Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure under KPPRA Rules 2014 14(2b).
