Tender Description
The Office of Deputy Director Wildlife and Fisheries Muzaffarabad is procuring vaccines and medicines specifically for animals and birds under the PSDP Project titled Upscaling of Green Pakistan Programme Phase-I (Revised) for the financial year 2025-26. This procurement is focused on ensuring the health and wellbeing of wildlife in Muzaffarabad, Azad Jammu & Kashmir.
The technical scope includes supply of vaccines and medicines suitable for various animals and birds as required by the Wildlife Office Tandali. Bidders must be firms, manufacturers, authorized distributors, or registered suppliers capable of providing these pharmaceutical products. A valid or renewed certificate of registration with legal or recognized professional bodies is mandatory. The bid security of Rs. 70,000 must be submitted as a call deposit in favor of the Director Wildlife & Fisheries Muzaffarabad.
Interested bidders should obtain tender forms from the office of the undersigned by paying a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1200 during working days up to 07 May 2026. Sealed bids must be submitted to the office of DDO Wildlife and Fisheries, C-Block Basement, District Complex, Old Secretariat, Muzaffarabad by 07 May 2026 at 12:00 PM. Bids will be opened the same day at 1:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
Bidders are advised to ensure their bid validity extends up to June 2026. Taxes and deductions will be applied as per government rules, and failure to supply within the stipulated period will result in forfeiture of earnest money.
