Hiring of Services for Virtual Dedicated Server, Maintenance, Support, Monitoring, Backup and Hosting

PHA Foundation Ministry of Housing and Works Islamabad invites sealed bids for hiring of services for virtual dedicated server, maintenance, support, monitoring, backup and hosting specifically for the Wazir-e-Azam Apna Ghar Program (Ghar Hu to Apna). The procurement is open to qualified vendors and firms meeting the minimum eligibility criteria as detailed in the bidding documents. Items being procured: - Services for Virtual Dedicated Server - Maintenance - Support - Monitoring - Backup - Hosting The bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions, scope of work, submission procedure, bid security, evaluation criteria, and technical requirements can be accessed online via the PPRA e-PADS Version 2.0 portal at https://epads.gov.pk. The bidding process follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per Rule 36 (B) of PPRA Rules 2004. Bidders must submit their bids online and also deliver a hard copy to the office of the N/S Administrator (IT) at Room No. 20, Shaheed-e-Millat Secretariat, Jinnah Avenue, Blue Area, China Chowk, Islamabad on or before October 30, 2026, not later than 11:00 AM. The technical proposals will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee and authorized representatives. Late or incomplete proposals will be rejected. Bidders are required to submit 5% Bid Security in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of PHA Foundation Islamabad. The foundation reserves the right to cancel the tender at any stage. In case of office closure on the bid opening date, the opening will be held on the next working day at the same time and venue. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your firm is registered with FBR and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) and carefully follow the e-PADS submission guidelines to avoid disqualification due to procedural errors.
