Walk in Registration of Vendors for Purchase of Medicines and Medical Devices

Gujranwala Teaching Hospital, Gujranwala invites e-BIDS through online (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/) for the financial year 2026-27 from the bidders i.e. manufacturers/sole agents/sole importers of foreign principals/distributors having established credentials in terms of technical, financial and managerial capabilities. Items being procured: - Registration of vendors for purchase of medicines - Medical devices This procurement is for the walk-in registration of vendors for limited/petty purchase through quotation on the online ep-Punjab portal. The process is managed by Gujranwala Teaching Hospital in Gujranwala city. A copy of the receipt must be attached with the bid as per Rule 27 of PPRA Rules 2014. Non-submission of bid security will lead to rejection. Company profiles including technical, engineering, managerial capabilities, after-sales services, past experience, and performance must be submitted through the ep-Punjab procurement portal. All applicable taxes will be observed as per rules. Participants are advised to upload only one offer which they deem carries the best value for money. In case of an official holiday on the tender opening day, the next working day will be considered the tender opening day.
