The contractor must use modern laundry and dry-cleaning equipment, quality detergents and chemicals, ensuring fabric care, color retention, hygiene, and preservation of garment quality. Services are to be provided at designated locations within the National Assembly Secretariat without additional cost. Any damage or loss due to negligence must be compensated or repaired by the contractor. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be NTN/GST registered and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATPL) of FBR, with a minimum of five years experience in similar services, and possession of modern laundry and dry-cleaning facilities in Islamabad.
