The Directorate of Procurement (Navy) invites sealed bids for the procurement of a Water Tender (20,000 Litre capacity), latest model, fully loaded, and conforming to the latest specifications as per OEM requirements. This procurement is being conducted through the Directorate's office in Rawalpindi, and all interested suppliers are encouraged to participate by submitting comprehensive proposals in accordance with the instructions provided in the tender documents. Items being procured: - Water Tender/Bowser, 20,000 Litre capacity, latest model, fully loaded, latest specs as per OEM (quantity: 1) The technical scope requires the supply of a brand new water bowser/tender with a 20,000 litre capacity, equipped with all standard and latest features as specified by the original equipment manufacturer. The vehicle must be delivered in fully operational condition, and compliance with all technical and quality standards is mandatory. Suppliers must provide OEM/authorized dealer/agent certificates, detailed technical brochures, and proof of compliance with the required specifications. Eligibility criteria include submission of a Bank Challan of Rs. 200 for DGDP registered firms or Rs. 300 for other firms (in favour of CMA/DP), duly filled DP-1 and DP-2 forms, compliance remarks, manufacturer authorization letter (if applicable), manufacturer price list, DRAP registration (if medical), DGDP registration letter (if registered), and tax filing proof. Earnest Money must be submitted in a separate sealed envelope as per the rates specified in the tender (2-5% of quoted value, subject to ceiling). Only firms with valid registration and compliance with PPRA and DGDP rules will be considered.
