The National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) invites bids for the supply and installation of new water chiller plants with higher capacity at 07 hostels located in Sector H-12, Islamabad. This procurement is aimed at enhancing the drinking water facilities for hostel residents by installing advanced water cooling systems with robust technical specifications and reliable components. Items being procured: - Supply and fixing of drinking water cooler (capacity 300 litres, suitable for 400-450 persons), complete with: stainless steel water tank (18 s.w.g) S.S, food grade (308); condensing unit with copeland 2x compressors (1hp), 1 phase with high speed fan motor, copper/aluminium condense, filter dryer, industrial grade refrigerant piping with R-134; digital temperature controller with protection and safety features; imported fan motor for enhanced cooling; UPVC pipe connection from chiller to filtration tabs with fittings (including transportation). Quantity: 5 units. - Supply and fixing of drinking water cooler (capacity 500 litres, suitable for 600-700 persons), complete with: stainless steel water tank (18 s.w.g) S.S, food grade (308); condensing unit with copeland 2x compressors (1hp), 1 phase with high speed fan motor, copper/aluminium condense, filter dryer, industrial grade refrigerant piping with R-134; digital temperature controller with protection and safety features; imported fan motor for enhanced cooling; UPVC pipe connection from chiller to filtration tabs with fittings (including transportation). Quantity: 2 units. The technical scope covers the complete supply, installation, and commissioning of the water chillers, including all necessary plumbing, electrical connections, and transportation. All equipment must meet the specified standards for food safety and operational efficiency. Bidders should ensure that all fittings and accessories are included as per the BOQ.
