Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the construction and rehabilitation of multiple water supply and sanitation schemes across Tehsil Lakki, Ghazni Khel, and Naurang in District Lakki Marwat. The projects include installation and solarization of pressure pumps, street and drainage works, and functioning of incomplete tubewells. The scope covers diverse engineering challenges such as site accessibility in rural areas, integration of solar power systems for sustainable water supply, and ensuring sanitation infrastructure meets local needs. The works are funded under various ADP schemes for the fiscal year 2025-26, reflecting a commitment to improving water and sanitation facilities in the region.
Bidders must be registered with E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA), Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA), and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), all with active status. PEC registration and FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL) status are mandatory, ensuring compliance with professional and fiscal standards. Contractors should prepare to submit a 2% Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) as bid security and additional security as per KPPRA notifications. Bids quoting more than 20% below estimated costs must include detailed rate analysis to avoid disqualification.
The submission deadline is set for 20th January 2026, with technical bids to be uploaded via E-PADS before the cutoff time. Financial bids will be opened the same day at 2:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The office of the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division Lakki Marwat, will handle bid openings and communications.
