Additionally, the rainwater drainage rectification involves inspection and cleaning of roof drains, downpipes, gutters, and rainwater outlets, removal of blockages, correction of improper slopes causing water ponding, repair or replacement of damaged gutters and pipes, installation of additional outlets if required, and water flow testing after completion. The contractor must submit product data sheets, technical specifications, MSDS, manufacturer's warranty, and samples if requested. The works must be completed within 30 calendar days from commencement. Eligibility requires a legally registered company with relevant trade license and VAT registration, minimum five years of experience in similar projects, qualified personnel, adequate equipment and financial capability, valid insurance coverage, and compliance with all applicable laws and HSE requirements.
