Tender Description
Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal Provincial Office Gilgit-Baltistan invites sealed bids for the supply of wheat flour (Atta) to various hospitals and institutions across Gilgit-Baltistan. This procurement is aimed at ensuring the timely provision of quality wheat flour to support the dietary needs of patients and residents in these facilities.
Items being procured:
- Supply of wheat flour (Atta) 18 kg bags for Pakistan Sweet Home Gilgit (10 km radius delivery)
- Supply of wheat flour (Atta) 10 kg bags for Pakistan Sweet Home Skardu (12 km radius delivery)
- Supply of wheat flour (Atta) 18 kg bags for Pakistan Sweet Home Ghizer (15 km radius delivery to DHQ)
- Supply of wheat flour (Atta) 18 kg bags for Pakistan Sweet Home Diamer (12 km radius delivery)
The technical scope includes the delivery of wheat flour in specified bag sizes to the mentioned locations within the defined delivery radii. Bidders must ensure that the wheat flour meets the required quality standards and is delivered in a timely manner to each site. The procurement is open to eligible suppliers who are registered with FBR and are on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Experience in supplying food commodities to government institutions will be considered an advantage. Earnest Money in the form of CDR or Pay Order is required as per the tender terms.
Bids must be submitted through the EPAD System by 10:30 AM on 30.09.2026. The opening of technical bids will take place at 11:00 AM on the same day. The submission method is online via the PPRA EPAD portal. For best results, ensure all required documents are uploaded in clear, legible format and double-check the bid security amount before submission.
