Wheat Procurement and Transportation Services for Karachi and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa 2026

The Trading Corporation of Pakistan (Private) Limited, under the Ministry of Commerce, Government of Pakistan, invites sealed bids from reputable and experienced firms for the procurement and transportation of wheat for the 2026 season. The scope covers Karachi and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, with a total quantity of 750,000 metric tons (MT) of imported wheat (stem cargo, bulk/bagged, as per tender terms). The wheat is to be transported from Karachi Port to various storage points in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and other designated locations as specified in the tender documents. Items being procured: - Transportation services for 750,000 MT imported wheat (stem cargo, bulk/bagged) - Handling, loading, unloading, and delivery to designated storage points in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and other specified destinations The technical scope includes provision of suitable vehicles, labor, and logistics arrangements to ensure safe and timely delivery of wheat consignments. Bidders must demonstrate experience in large-scale transportation and handling of food grains, compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards, and the ability to provide performance guarantees as per tender requirements. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Firms must submit Earnest Money equivalent to 10% of the total bid value in the form of a Pay Order or CDR.
