Supply of White Printing / Writing Paper Ruled (Lined) Local Paper

The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Lahore invites tenders from firms registered under Sales Tax Act and Income Tax, with active FBR registration and good reputation, for the procurement of White Printing / Writing Paper Ruled (Lined) Local Paper. The procurement is for 58,000 reams of paper sized 17" x 27" with a weight of 68 grams per ream. Items being procured: - White Printing / Writing Paper Ruled (Lined) (Local Paper), Size 17" x 27", Weight 68 grams, Quantity 58,000 reams The paper must have high finish, grammage of 68 grams, size 17x27 inches, minimum 12% Brust Factor, minimum 80% brightness, and minimum 85% opacity. The awarded firm will be responsible for ruling (lining) on both sides of the paper with 50 lines on each side in light blue color. General specifications include 500 sheets per ream, no ink penetration or spread, uniform thickness, formation and texture, suitability for printing and writing on both sides, and supply free of damaged sheets. Bidders must submit a bid security of 5% of the estimated price amounting to Rs. 7,975,000 and a performance guarantee of 10% of the contract amount.
