Supply of White Sheets, Bed Sheets with Pillow Covers, Quilts, Mattresses and Pillows

The Punjab Daanish Schools & Centers of Excellence Authority in Lahore invites e-bids from all manufacturers, distributors, suppliers or sellers of bedding items registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. This procurement is under a framework contract for supply of bedding goods. Items being procured: - White Sheets & Bed Sheets with Pillow Covers - Quilts, Mattresses & Pillows The bid documents are available at the PPRA website www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk, Punjab E-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/auth/login and the PDS & CEA website www.daanishschools.punjab.edu.pk free of cost for participation through the Punjab e-procurement system. Bidders must submit their profiles including technical and financial bids online through the Punjab E-Procurement System. A 2% bid security must be paid and attached with the tender online through PSID generation on the Punjab E-Procurement System. The last date for bid submission is Thursday, 03 September 2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:50 AM through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Participation through the Punjab E-Procurement System is compulsory for all bidders. Submission of hard copies is not accepted in compliance with the Government of Punjab and PPRA policy.
