Procurement of Workshop Tools for SSGC Karachi 2026

Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) invites sealed quotations from eligible suppliers for the procurement of workshop tools under a single stage one envelope bidding procedure, as per PPRA Rules 2004. The procurement is for the SSGC Head Office complex in Karachi. Suppliers must be active on the FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL) and submit their bids in PKR. The earnest money (fixed bid bond) required is PKR 231,500. Items being procured: - Workshop Tools Plier Side Cutter 6 inch (57 each) - Workshop Tools Wrench Pipe 10 inch (114 each) - Workshop Tools Wrench Pipe 14 inch (70 each) - Workshop Tools Wrench Pipe 12 inch (114 each) - Workshop Tools Frame Hacksaw 12 inch (52 each) - Workshop Tools Chisel Steel 12 inch (67 each) - Workshop Tools Spanner Adjustable 12 inch (69 each) - Workshop Tools Hammer 1.1/2 lb (59 each) - Workshop Tools Vise Pipe 1/4 to 2 inch dia (46 each) - Workshop Tools Rachet Die Set complete with die blocks and guides ranging from 1/2 to 1 inch (1/2, 3/4, 1 inch) (23 sets) - Workshop Tools Rachet Die Set complete with die blocks and guides ranging from 1/4 to 2 inch (17 sets) The technical scope includes supply and delivery of the above workshop tools as per the specifications provided in the tender documents. All items must be new, unused, and conform to the latest standards. Delivery is required within 45 to 60 days after confirmation of the purchase order. Bidders must submit a physical bid bond to the Tender Room, CRD Building, Ground Floor, SSGC Head Office, Karachi, and upload a scanned copy on EPADS. Only those who purchase the tender documents are eligible to participate. Bid validity is up to 120 days from the date of opening. All offers must be inclusive of all duties and taxes except GST, which will be reimbursed as per law. Bidders are advised to ensure all documents are signed, stamped, and submitted as per the checklist provided in the tender documents.
