Tender Description
This tender invites professional workshops across Pakistan to prequalify for repair and maintenance services of official vehicles for National Insurance Company Limited (NICL) in Karachi and other major cities. The scope covers body and accidental repairs, mechanical and electrical fixes, denting and painting, diagnostics for engine and ABS systems, genuine spare parts installation, wheel alignment, suspension work, towing, and car detailing.
Workshops must demonstrate at least three years of experience and have completed a minimum of three repair jobs for clients other than NICL. The locations include Karachi, Hyderabad, Quetta, Lahore, Faisalabad, Islamabad/Rawalpindi, Peshawar, and Muzaffarabad. NICL will conduct physical inspections and verify documentation to ensure compliance and quality standards.
Applicants should be active taxpayers with valid NTN registration and not blacklisted on the PPRA website. The tender requires submission via the E-PADS online portal by the deadline. PEC category is not explicitly mentioned, but firms should ensure compliance with FBR/ATL status and maintain all tax obligations for the financial year 2025-26 to avoid disqualification.
The submission deadline is set for 5th March 2026 at 10:00 AM, with the opening of applications at 11:00 AM the same day via Microsoft Teams. Applications must be submitted as a single PDF file through E-PADS. The physical address for correspondence is Manager (Procurement), 5th Floor, Left Wing, NICL Building, Abassi Shaheed Road, Karachi.
Pro-Tip: Make sure to carefully review the mandatory requirements and attach all supporting documents including ownership proof, NTN certificates, and client references. Missing or incomplete documentation often leads to disqualification. Also, check the PPRA website for any updates on blacklisted firms before submission.
