Framework Contract for Procurement of Drugs, Medical Devices, Stationery, Ambulance Fabrication, and IT Equipment by Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cardiology Sargodha

Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cardiology (NSIC), Sargodha invites e-bids from eligible bidders for a Framework Contract for procurement of various goods including drugs, medicines, medical devices, stationery, ambulance fabrication, and IT equipment for the Financial Year 2026-27. This procurement is specifically for the city of Sargodha under the auspices of NSIC. Items being procured: - Walkin Registration of Vendors for local purchase of drugs & disposables on Day-to-Day basis - Walkin Registration of Vendors for Limited purchase/petty purchase through quotation (LPQ) of medicine/medical devices (local/imported) - Framework Contract for purchase of CSSD & Laundry Items - Framework Contract for purchase of Stationery and Printing - Fabrication of Ambulance - Purchase of IT Equipment and Laptops The procurement involves supply of drugs and disposables, medical devices both local and imported, CSSD and laundry items, stationery and printing materials, ambulance fabrication, and IT equipment including laptops. Bidders must submit separate e-bids for each lot/package on the E-PADS platform. The bidding process follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended). Eligibility criteria include registration through a pre-qualification procedure on E-PADS for certain lots, submission of bid security amounting to 2% of the estimated cost for each lot, and a performance guarantee of Rs. 50,000 in the form of CDR, Demand Draft, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee with 100% encashment warranty. The bid security must be confirmed by a scheduled bank and submitted along with the technical bid. The deadline for bid submission is 10-10-2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM on E-PADS.
