Bidders must be registered with PPRA and comply with all terms and conditions available on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Earnest money of 2% of estimated amounts is required for each lot. Bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 03:00 PM on 26 September 2026. The technical and financial bids will be opened at 03:30 PM the same day.
