WSS Bastiali and Solar System HDPE Pipes Supply for Barkhan Public Health Engineering

The Public Health Engineering Division Barkhan invites sealed tenders for important water supply and solar system works under the Government of Balochistan. The works include: - WSS Bastiali Khan Bedyani, Shah Rasool Langani, Fazal Shah Berbani District Barkhan (PSDP No.4577 2026-27) - S/I Solar System and providing HDPE pipes for WSS Bastiali Khan Bedyani, Shah Rasool Langani, Fazal Shah Berbani District Barkhan (PSDP No.4577 2026-27) These projects require contractors/firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C6 or above with the relevant specialized code. Firms must also be registered with Balochistan Revenue Authority and have active tax payer status with valid registration in the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Active Taxpayer List (ATL) for at least the last three years. Bidders must have completed at least three assignments of similar nature. A bid security of 2% of the bid value in the form of Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank is mandatory. The procurement will follow the Single Stage-Two Envelope Procedure as per Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority rules, 2014, amended to date. A tender processing fee of Rs. 1500/- per tender must be deposited in the government treasury under head CO-2725 through the Green Challan Form at the National Bank of Pakistan as detailed in the bidding documents.
