WSS Lakhra to Liani Phase III Main Pipeline and B Pipeline Extension Works

Public Health Engineering, Division Lasbela invites sealed tenders from eligible contractors and firms for the execution of water supply schemes under BSDI Phase III (2026-2027) in Lasbela, Balochistan. The works are based on the Composite Schedule of Rates (CSR) 2026 of the Government of Balochistan. The following schemes are included: - WSS Lakhra to Liani (Phase III) – Part A Main Pipeline (Lakhra-Liani): 9.46 kms completed in BSDI Ph 2, 15.54 kms planned in BSDI Ph 3 (A). TSE-2627081158153. Estimated cost: Rs. 89,553,344/-. Time for completion: 8 months. - WSS Lakhra to Liani (Phase III) – Part B Pipeline Extension to Villages (Lakhra-Liani): Extension to villages, 26 kms (already under progress in BSDI Ph 2). TSE-2627081158263. Estimated cost: Rs. 89,558,464/-. Time for completion: 8 months. The technical scope includes laying of main and extension pipelines, with all associated civil and water supply works as per the bidding documents. Only firms/contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and specialization, and with valid FBR, Sales Tax, and BRA registrations (all returns must be active and online verifiable), are eligible to participate. Firms must also provide proof of satisfactory completion of similar works in the last 5 years, along with required turnover and financial soundness as per criteria. Blacklisted firms are not eligible. Earnest Money in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee, equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost, must be submitted with the bid. Authorized representatives must provide a specific authorization letter for the schemes mentioned. All financial and technical bids must be signed, stamped, and paginated from first to last page. Cutting or overwriting is not allowed, and bids must be clearly written. The deadline for submission is **24 August 2026 before 12:00 PM**. All tenders will be opened at 01:00 PM the same day. Bids without the prescribed bid security will be rejected as non-responsive.
