WSSAT Command & Staff College Quetta Construction Works

The Urban Planning & Development Department Quetta Division invites sealed tenders based on the Composite Schedule of Rates 2026, Government of Balochistan, amended up-to-date from interested Contractors/Firms for construction works at WSSAT Command & Staff College, Quetta. Items being procured: - Construction works at WSSAT Command & Staff College Quetta The procurement will follow the Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority rules 2014, amended. Basic eligibility requires firms/contractors to have valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in Category C-6 or above with relevant specialized code. Firms must also be registered with Balochistan Revenue Authority and have active tax payer status (ATL) with Income Tax and FBR. Turnover of last three years and completion of at least 3 similar assignments is mandatory. Bids must include 2% bid security in form of Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee from scheduled bank. The method of procurement is Single Stage-Two Envelope. Tender documents can be downloaded from the BPPRA website www.bppra.org.pk. Tender processing fee of Rs. 1500/- must be deposited in government treasury under account C-03870 via Green Challan at National Bank of Pakistan (NBP). Last date for bid submission is 12/10/2026 by 9:00 am. Tender opening will be same day at 9:15 am at the office of the Executive Engineer Urban Planning & Development Department, Zarghoon Road Quetta. Bids can be delivered by hand or registered mail.
