Tender Description
The Shaikh Ayaz University, Shikarpur invites bids for supplying, installing, testing, commissioning, and training of a 100 KVA generator including required accessories and RCC pad. The procurement includes a prime diesel generator set with electronic governor, control panel, ATS panel, and all necessary installation accessories. Delivery and installation are to be completed preferably within 30 days of contract signing at the university premises.
Bidders must be authorized manufacturers or dealers with relevant experience and meet eligibility criteria including tax registration and non-blacklisting affidavit. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS with a 2% bid security. The contract includes a one-year warranty with free parts and labor, and liquidated damages apply for late delivery. The evaluation will be based on technical and financial criteria with a minimum technical score of 70 for financial bid opening.
