The Energy Department invites eligible bidders for the execution of home solar system installation works under PSDP for the year 2026 in Balochistan. The projects require firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-6 or above, with specialized codes EE11(i), EE11(ii), and EE11(iii) related to solar energy systems. Bidders must be active in the Balochistan Revenue Authority and on the Active Taxpayer List, with no blacklisting from any procuring agency in Pakistan. Experience requirements include completion of at least one similar assignment and financial turnover thresholds of Rs. 7,000,000 to Rs. 17,500,000 depending on the scheme. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of a Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank.
