The Energy Department invites bids for the execution of solar home unit projects in Gwadar under the PSDP scheme for the year 2026. Bidders must have relevant experience with at least one similar assignment completed in the last three years, specifically in DC Solar Home Systems in any government sector. The firm must demonstrate financial capacity with a turnover of at least PKR 21,000,000 in the last three years. Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-5 or above (up to 65 million) with specialized code EE11(i) Solar, EE11(ii) Solar Energy, or EE11(iii) Solar Energy System is mandatory. Bidders must also be active in the Balochistan Revenue Authority and on the Active Taxpayer List, and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan. The procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure.
