Tender Description
The Lahore Electric Supply Company (Material Management) invites bids for the procurement of 11-KV Dropout Cutouts (Single Insulators) along-with Fuse Links as per Tender No 4398. This procurement is specifically for delivery to the LESCO Regional Stores located at Shalamar, Walgon Sohail, and Pattoki in Lahore. Items being procured:
- 11-KV Dropout Cutouts (Single Insulators) along-with Fuse Links, Quantity: 10,000 units divided equally across four delivery schedules of 2,500 units each.
The materials must strictly comply with DDS-49:2009 and DDS-27:2005 specifications as amended to date by NGC/PPMC standards. The supplier must be a manufacturer with valid prototype approval from the Stands & Specifications Department of PPMC Lahore or must obtain it within 30 days of contract signing. Prototype testing and approval procedures are mandatory, with penalties for delays and failure to comply. The delivery schedule is critical, with staggered deliveries within 45 to 60 days as specified. Early supply is acceptable and encouraged.
