Renovation, Refurbishment and Allied Civil Works for Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Islamabad

The Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) (Federal Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA)) Islamabad invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the Renovation, Refurbishment and Allied Civil Works at their premises located in Islamabad Capital Territory. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 under contract reference P122626. The procurement will be conducted through a National Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure using Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique. Items being procured: - Dismantling of existing partitions and tiles - Cement sand plaster application - Supply and installation of porcelain glazed floor tiles - Frosted tempered glass partitions with aluminum sections and doors - Gypsum ceiling tiles with suspended framework - Dry wall partitions with cement boards - Lunch counter with marble/Corian top - Kitchen cabinets and counters - Reception counter with tactile sheet/Corian top - Staff workstation counters with UV high gloss finish - Media wall/console/wall panel - Blinds installation - Painting of walls, ceilings, wood, and metal surfaces - Dismantling and modification of HVAC ductwork - Supply and installation of air diffusers and return air grilles - Manual air balancing of HVAC system - Electrical wiring for light, fan, call bell, plug points, sub-main circuits - Supply and installation of PVC conduits - Installation of ceiling lights, switches, sockets, circuit breakers - Ceiling fans and floor standing split air conditioners - Installation of concealed electrical boxes The scope includes all materials, labor, tools, equipment, testing, commissioning, and finishing as per approved specifications and directions of the Engineer In-Charge. Bidders must have PEC C6 license valid till 2027, minimum 5 years of experience, turnover of Rs 25 million, and must have completed at least 2 similar projects. Bid security of Rs 250,000 is required. Bids must be submitted online through EPADS v2.0 by 11:00 AM on October 5, 2026, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Manual submissions are not accepted. The contract includes a performance guarantee of 5% of contract price. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents available on EPADS and ensure compliance with all eligibility and technical criteria. Registration on EPADS v2.0 is mandatory for participation. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject all bids.
