The Military Engineer Services (MES) invites applications along with credentials for pre-qualification of firms and contractors at HQ DW&CE (DP) near Gate No.7, GHQ Rawalpindi. Items being procured: - Pre Fab Walls (LGS Structure) Shop-3 in HRF (M) at HIT Taxila Cantt (Approx cost Rs. 41.402 Million) - Repair/Replacement of Roof Damaged Portion (Including Electrical & Mechanical Works) in Side Room of Shop-3 at HIT Taxila Cantt (Approx cost Rs. 44.788 Million) - Construction of EV Charger Shed at HIT Taxila Cantt (Approx cost Rs. 43.022 Million) - Electrical & Mechanical and External Work in HRF (M) at HIT Taxila Cantt (Approx cost Rs. 30.019 Million) - Rehabilitation/Upgradation of Main Office & Galleries in H&ST Shop at Tech Area ARF PAC Kamra (Approx cost Rs. 14.126 Million) - Rehabilitation/Upgradation of Cobra Hanger Tech Area ARF PAC Kamra (Approx cost Rs. 14.481 Million) - Construction of Machines Foundation at Cobra Hanger Tech Area ARF PAC Kamra (Approx cost Rs. 26.847 Million) These works involve civil, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing services at the specified military installations. Firms must be registered with PEC in relevant categories and have experience in construction, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing works. Pre-qualification requires submission of work orders, location details, pictures of completed projects, and satisfactory completion certificates. Firms must also provide personnel lists, bank statements, NTN certificates, and income tax returns for the last three years. Eligibility criteria include PEC enlistment in categories C-2, C-3, C-4, or C-5 valid up to June 2026, and preferably MES enlistment in categories A, B, or C. Non-enlisted firms must provide 2% refundable bid security. Tenders will be issued to pre-qualified firms and must be received at HQ DW&CE (DP) GHQ Rawalpindi by 05 October 2026 at 1130 hours, with opening at 1200 hours the same day.
